Measures of Teacher Practice

Throughout my four years with the Department of Education, I have utilized MOTP reports in order to adjust, modify, and improve my instruction of special education students. Below shows observations completed from 2019 - 2023. Post-observation conferences were conducted with the evaluator to discuss suggestions and strategies for implementation in the classroom.
